Scheduling Your Surgery

If you are scheduled for an overnight stay, your time spent at the Unity Surgical Center is limited to 23 hours. If you have an early morning surgery, please plan on going home early the following morning. If you have an afternoon surgery, please plan on going home by noon the following day.

Our registration coordinator may call you to obtain information about your insurance coverage and other information necessary to register you for surgery. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your surgery, the registration coordinator will assist you in getting answers.

We offer preoperative visits at Unity Surgical Center to reduce anxiety prior to surgery. Children can especially benefit from a preoperative visit. The tour provides an opportunity to meet with a registered nurse and anesthesiologist to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your procedure. To schedule a visit prior to your surgery, call Unity Surgical Center.
