• Pre-Admission Expectations
  Prior to your arrival at Unity Surgical Center, a text message or email will be sent to complete a pre-admission questionnaire and instructions.  Also, a staff member from Unity Surgical Center may call prior to surgery to complete further instructions and inform of the arrival time to Unity Surgical Center on the day of surgery.
